We charge £4.00 for 1st class and £3.20 for 2nd class delivery. Free postage for orders over £30.00
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund/credit/exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURN PROCESS
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at info@bundleandrust.co.uk to obtain authorization for a return. Alternatively, telephone 07734 114817.
After receiving authorisation place the item securely in its original packaging (complete with a return reference we will issue) and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for the initial payment of return shipping charges.
REFUNDS/CREDIT/EXCHANGES
Once received we will inspect the goods and provided we are in agreement we will issue accordingly (including reimbursement of your shipping costs). Please allow at least three working days from our receipt of your item to process any action. You will be advised of our decision before a refund/credit/exchange is done.

The following items cannot be returned (or exchanged);
Items damaged after removal from packaging.
